Bojan Delić

Bojan Delić has extensive work experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Bojan is currently working as a Principal Software Engineer at Orgnostic since October 2021. Previously, they worked as a Software Architect at Everseen from March 2021 to October 2021.

Bojan's most impactful role was at Seven Bridges, where they served as a Software Architect from July 2020 to March 2021. In this position, they led a project team and successfully delivered a novel solution, winning the highest points in a competitive tender. Bojan also served as the Director of Engineering from December 2018 to July 2020, where they led the transformation of the engineering organization and expanded the talent pool for hiring engineers. Additionally, they implemented a process for proposing and adopting technical improvements.

Before joining Seven Bridges, Bojan worked at Schneider Electric DMS NS as a Senior Software Engineer from April 2014 to November 2014. In this role, they designed and developed new features for the Distribution Management System and improved software quality through regular code reviews.

Bojan started their career at Telvent DMS as a Software Engineer intern. Bojan also had an internship at Telvent DMS, where they developed a general-purpose programming language for creating automated tests of graphical user interface functionality.

Bojan Delić began their education at Ivo Lola Ribar high school from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained their high school diploma. Bojan then went on to attend the University of Novi Sad, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from 2005 to 2010. Bojan continued their studies at the same institution and completed their Master of Science degree in Computer Science from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Bojan obtained a certification in Functional Programming Principles in Scala from Coursera in May 2013.
