Luka Babic has a diverse and extensive work experience. Luka is currently the CEO and co-founder of Orgnostic, a company that aims to make people analytics accessible to all. Prior to that, Luka worked at Infobip for several years, serving as the Head of People Operations. In this role, they played a crucial part in transforming HR into a strategic business partner by implementing data-driven practices. During their time at Infobip, Luka successfully built an international and diverse People Ops team, scaled the organization from 250 to 1400 employees, established performance and total rewards strategies, developed employee value propositions and strong employer brands in key markets, introduced learning and development functions, and significantly increased revenue and returns on HR program investments. Luka's career also includes a position as a Human Resources Manager at Infobip, where they managed HR operations in multiple countries. Additionally, Luka worked as a Research Assistant at Harvard University's Psychology Department, where they contributed to studies on emotional disorders and PTSD risk factors. Luka also collaborated on research related to the effects of social anxiety on problematic Internet use. Lastly, Luka had the opportunity to work as a Consultant and Translator for the Team Diagnostic Survey, where they worked closely with late Professor Richard Hackman to adapt their TDS tool for the Balkans markets. Throughout their career, Luka has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a data-driven approach, and a commitment to building better organizations.
Luka Babic pursued their undergraduate education from 2008 to 2012 at Harvard University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in Psychology. In addition to their formal education, Luka Babic also completed the Orgnostic People Analytics Masterclass Series in July 2022, provided by Orgnostic.
