Mirta Stantic

Mirta Stantic has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and sectors. Mirta is currently the Director of Product, Insights at Orgnostic, where they have been since September 2022. Additionally, they serve as an Advisory Board Member for the company since October 2021. Prior to their current role, Mirta worked at Facebook from 2015 to 2018, where they held positions such as Data Analyst, Insights and Operations at Recruiting, and Diversity Programs & Analytics at Recruiting. Before joining Facebook, they worked at Harvard University from 2012 to 2015, taking on roles such as Campus President and Circle Leader - Lean In, Research Assistant in the Vision Science Lab, Peer Advising Fellow, Summer Research Fellow in the Vision Science Lab, and Research Assistant in the Carey Laboratory for Developmental Sciences. Additionally, Mirta gained research experience as a Research Intern at the Croatian Institute for Brain Research, School of Medicine University of Zagreb in 2013, and as a Summer Intern at the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences in 2012.

Mirta Stantic started their education at XV. Gimnazija Zagreb in 2007 and completed their high school education in 2010. Mirta then attended Somerville High School for one year from 2010 to 2011. Continuing their studies, they joined Harvard University and pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology with a focus on Social and Cognitive Neuroscience from 2011 to 2015. Later, they enrolled at the University of Oxford in 2018 and is currently working towards a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Experimental Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience, expected to be completed in 2022.
