Richard Foster

Richard Foster serves as the Maximo Practice Lead at Orgro, where they focus on expanding Maximo systems for asset management and ensuring client satisfaction. Since 2017, they have consulted with NASA to enhance Maximo implementations, leveraging the Scalable Agile Framework for project management. Richard has a background in training and consulting, having held roles at Electronic Data and People and Processes, where they provided guidance on asset management systems. They earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
