Brad Shuck

Brad Shuck has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Organizational Development field since 2001. Brad began their career as a Residence Hall Director at Western Kentucky University in 2001. In 2005, they moved to Florida International University and held the role of Residence Life Coordinator. In 2006, they were a Career Coaching Intensive Facilitation Leader at NACE International. In 2007, they became the Associate Director of Career Development and Management at Florida International University. In 2008, they moved to Norwegian Cruise Line as a Human Resource Development Specialist. From 2010 to 2021, they held various roles at the University of Louisville, including Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Chair, and Program Director of the HROD Program. Currently, Brad is the Co-Founder and Chief Data Scientist of OrgVitals, an end-to-end solution for culture management purpose built for consultants and researchers.

Brad Shuck completed their education history by obtaining an Ed.D. in Adult Education & Human Resource Development from Florida International University in 2010. Brad then obtained a MA. Ed. in Counseling/ Student Affairs from Western Kentucky University in 2005. Brad's undergraduate studies were also completed at Western Kentucky University, where they obtained a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Sociology between 1998 and 2002.
