Rob Amor has over two decades of experience in various leadership roles in the technology and workforce management industry. Rob most recently served as the Senior Vice President - Global Channels at Orgvue, where they helped organizations make better workforce decisions using their platform. Prior to that, they were the Head Of International Operations & Channels at Kronos Incorporated, responsible for international operations and business development. Rob also held leadership positions at Vignette Corp, Ergo L.T.D, Vignette Europe Ltd, and Tivoli Systems. Overall, Rob Amor has a strong background in international operations, channels management, and strategic planning in the technology sector.

From 1982 to 1985, Rob Amor attended the Oxford College of Further Education, where they pursued a degree in Computer Studies.
