Hamza Patel

Hamza Patel has worked in the scientific field since 2016. Hamza began as a Summer Research Intern at UCL, followed by an Industrial Placement at GSK in 2017. Hamza then worked as a Doctoral Researcher at GSK from 2018 to 2022, and is currently employed as a Scientist at Ori Biotech.

Hamza Patel has studied at UCL from 2014 to 2018, earning a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Biochemical Engineering. Hamza is currently pursuing a Doctor of Engineering (EngD) in the same field at UCL, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Prior to UCL, Patel studied at Lusaka International Community School from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained A Level qualifications.
