Ryan Wood

Ryan Wood has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ryan started their career at Universidad de La Laguna, where they worked as the Science Goals and Team Leader for a space mission project. Ryan then gained valuable research experience at Instituto de Astrofisica de Canarias, where they conducted observational astronomy research. Ryan also worked as a Researcher at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, focusing on high energy astrophysics. Ryan further expanded their skills as an Engineer and later as a Senior Engineer at Roke, contributing significantly to national security and defense projects. Ryan's software engineering expertise is evident in their roles at Owlstone Medical and Ori Biotech, where they worked as a Software Engineer and eventually became a Senior Software Engineer. Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated excellent technical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for their field.

Ryan Wood completed their A Levels at The Harvey Grammar School from 2003 to 2010. Ryan then pursued a Master of Physics (MPhys) in Physics and Astrophysics (with a Year Abroad) at the University of Southampton from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they attended Harvard University from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained another Master of Physics (MPhys) degree, this time specializing in Astronomy and Astrophysics.
