Heather Trimble is a resourcefully dynamic Benefits Manager with extensive experience in employee benefits strategy, compliance, and wellness programs. Presently, Heather serves as the Benefits Lead for Integration & Special Projects at Orica, and has previously managed benefits programs at notable companies such as Airbnb, Electronic Arts, and Equinix. With a strong technical understanding of various compliance mandates including ERISA and ACA, Heather has successfully overseen benefit administration, vendor management, and employee communications throughout their career. Heather holds a BS in Speech Communication from San Jose State University and is pursuing an AA in Liberal Arts at De Anza College.
