Patrick Wells has over two decades of experience in the mining and defense sectors. At Orica, Patrick has held various leadership roles since June 2003, including Territory Manager, Country Manager for Mongolia, Operations Lead, Operations Manager and Account Manager, Operations Superintendent, Site Manager, and Shotfirer/Team Leader.
