Shubham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maintenance operations and engineering management. Currently serving as Maintenance Superintendent at Orica since December 2024, Shubham has previously held the position of Manager-Engineering and Projects at The Akshaya Patra Foundation from July 2023 to December 2024. Prior to that, Shubham worked as an Executive at ITC Foods from March 2018 to July 2023, focusing on operation and maintenance, and at Jharkhand Milk Federation as an Executive in operations and maintenance from June 2017 to March 2018. Shubham began the career as an Assistant Manager/Engineer at VIMUL from May 2014 to June 2017, contributing to engineering functions.
