Ryan McGarry

Ryan McGarry has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ryan began their career in 2004 as a Property Consultant at Dubai Waterfront Properties (DWP), where they sold and leased luxury properties in the Middle East. In 2007, they joined Damac Properties UK and Dubai as a Senior Property Consultant, where they recruited agents, negotiated contracts, and provided legal advice to buyers and sellers.

In 2008, Ryan transitioned to the role of International Relationship Manager and Financial Adviser at Barclays Wealth, managing and developing a portfolio of clients with assets of approximately £45 million. After two years, they moved to Anderson Knight, where they served as a Senior Consultant and later as a Managing Consultant in the Accountancy and Finance division.

Ryan then joined Search Consultancy in 2015, taking on the role of Managing Consultant for Accountancy & Finance. In this position, they specialized in the recruitment of finance professionals for various sectors, ranging from temporary to senior finance positions.
