James Lund

James Lund is an experienced product manager with a strong background in e-commerce and software development. Currently a member of the product management team at Oriental Trading Company, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, James focuses on enhancing user experience. Prior to this role, James served as a product consultant for startups and non-profits, and held positions at Manifold Technology as both Product Manager and Product Development Consultant, where responsibilities included backlog management and team process oversight. As Technical Product Manager at MakeMusic, James led multiple development teams and established the Product Specialist role to streamline customer feedback into actionable insights. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ancient Studies and Music Theory/Composition from St. Olaf College, a Master of Music in Music Education from the University of Montana, and a K-12 Teaching Certification from the University of Minnesota.
