Ori Applbaum

Ori Applbaum is a Data Science Analyst at Oriental Trading Company, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, since October 2022. Prior experience includes a Data Science Intern role at Kiewit, where data extraction and analysis were performed using Dask/PySpark, SQL, and Teradata to forecast project costs, along with implementing machine learning algorithms. Ori also interned at Boston University College of Engineering, writing C++ code for automated transcript analysis, and held an Accounting/Admin Intern position at MPG Promotions, LLC, organizing financial materials and performing administrative tasks. Ori's early experience includes field maintenance for Newton Little League. Ori holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, completed in 2022, and attended Gann Academy and Alexander Muss High School in Israel.
