Jo Hilder

Jo Hilder is an experienced marketing and operations professional currently serving as Marketing Manager at Origami Platform since April 2024, where support is provided for the launch of an innovative SAAS platform for post-production in TV and film. In addition to this role, Jo is the Chief Operations Officer at MRG Effitas since August 2021, overseeing operations and business development for a leading efficacy testing lab. Jo's experience also includes business development consultancy at Soundz Fishy and BookingLive, as well as marketing management for Simcott and Solent Renewables. As the founder of Smashing Business, Jo facilitates connections between business owners and consultants. Additionally, Jo contributes to education as a facilitator for the Help to Grow: Management course at the University of Portsmouth and has held roles in lead generation and business development at Brilliant Blu Ltd. and JournoLink, alongside experience in business relationship management at Celestia STS. Jo holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Spanish from Sheffield Hallam University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and eCommerce from the University of Portsmouth.
