Beatriz Marson

Beatriz Marson has held a variety of roles in their career, beginning in 2000 when they were a Consultant at Deloitte. Beatriz then moved to Modus Logistica Aplicada in 2005 as a Supply Chain Consultant, followed by a role at HayGroup as a Reward Information Services Consultant in 2006. In 2008, they took on a role as an Organizational Development Specialist at Whirlpool Corporation, and from 2011 to 2015 they worked as a Freelance Project Manager/Independent Consultant. From 2019 to 2020, they were an Information Technology Project Manager at Grupo NotreDame Intermédica - Independent Consultant. Most recently, in 2022 they began their current role as Head of Business Transformation Office at Origen Technologies.

Beatriz Marson completed a Specialization in Human Resources Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2006. Beatriz then obtained a BA in Industrial Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 1996 and 2000. In 2010, they obtained a certification in Project Management: The Basics for Success from the University of California, Irvine (Coursera). Finally, in 2020, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
