Chad S. has a diverse work history spanning multiple industries. Chad most recently worked at Origence as the AVP of Operations and Lender Support, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, Chad held the position of Sr. Dealer Client Experience Director at Origence-CUDL from April 2020 to August 2022, where they contributed to revenue growth and sales production through leadership of Dealer Client Experience Managers.

Before their time at Origence, Chad worked at CU Direct Connect for over 17 years. Chad held various roles including Regional Dealer Sales Director, Sales Manager, and Dealer Relationship Manager. In these positions, Chad demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, driving initiatives to increase sales production and expand the company's national footprint. Chad also cultivated strong relationships with lender and dealership executives, solidifying client relationships and achieving various accomplishments such as becoming the largest auto lender in Colorado.
