Mechelle Davidson has extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Mechelle started their career as a Technical Training Coordinator at Electronic Data Systems in 1989 and then worked as a Training Specialist at CompuCom. After that, they worked as a Consultant at an independent firm before joining Alliance Data Systems, where they served as a Senior Technologist and later as a Training Manager. Mechelle then worked independently as a Consultant before joining TXU Energy as a Manager II. At Vistra Energy, Mechelle worked as a Program Manager before joining Origin, where they held multiple roles including Senior Principal Consultant, Senior Manager, Director of Service Delivery - Americas, and currently as Vice President - Service Delivery. Mechelle holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).

Mechelle Davidson has an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree from Dallas College. Mechelle also attended Texas Woman's University, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General.
