Origin is a People Capital Advisory.

We help organisations realise their potential through their people. The science is rigorous. The responsibility is human.

Most senior people decisions are made with less rigour than the strategic decisions they exist to serve. That is the gap Origin exists to close. We start with the question, not the service. We look honestly at the people an organisation already has. We tell our clients when an external hire is the right answer, and when it is not.

Origin operates in three modes. Internal Intelligence, a clear, evidence-based picture of the leaders an organisation already has. Market Intelligence, a rigorous read of the external market against the internal picture. Search, deployed when the diagnostic concludes an external hire is the right answer. The mode of response is determined by the situation, not by the service first requested.

Whichever mode we deploy, the work continues into the first twelve months. Our fee is tied to the outcomes we agree at the start, so the risk is shared from day one.

The right question first. The right answer follows.
