Derek McGee

Derek McGee is a Senior Executive Officer and Chief Legal Counsel at Origin Bank since January 2022. Prior to this, Derek was a Partner and Attorney at Fenimore Kay Harrison LLP from September 2010 to December 2021, specializing in the Financial Institutions Practice - Corporate, Securities, and Regulatory. Derek also worked as an Associate at Hunton & Williams LLP from August 2007 to August 2010. Derek holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Baylor University.
