Tim Salmon

Tim Salmon has extensive experience in project management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Projects at Origin Coffee since July 2021, Tim oversees facilities refurbishment, improvements, and digital infrastructure enhancements. Previously, as the Founder and Cheesemaker at Porthleven Dairy Ltd, Tim established an award-winning artisan cheese brand. Tim has also contributed to Cornwall Marine Network as an Innovation and Commercial Consultant, focusing on marine technology development and supporting local businesses through the Propel project. Earlier roles include General Manager at Reflex Marine, where strategic direction and business development were key responsibilities, and Research, Development & Innovation Manager at MJ Medical Ltd, managing significant healthcare projects. Tim's education includes a degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Exeter.
