Origin is a specialist consultancy delivering high-quality community engagement and social value for the built environment.
We work with developers, local authorities, construction and design teams to build meaningful relationships with communities, shape evidence-led social value strategies, and ensure projects leave a long-term positive legacy.

From Section 106 employment & skills delivery to inclusive community engagement programmes, we help projects meet their obligations, demonstrate impact, and create real opportunities for local people.

Future Makers, our dedicated youth engagement programme, connects young people with the built environment through targeted work experience, mentoring, and career insight initiatives. We’re passionate about widening access to the sector and creating pathways into meaningful employment for future generations.
