Jobin Ephrem

Jobin Ephrem is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and business growth. As CEO and Co-founder of Origin since January 2024, Jobin continues to drive innovation and strategic direction. Previously, Jobin was Chief Delivery Officer at Rightpoint, where a focus on inorganic growth was implemented, successfully integrating two digital consulting firms while expanding customer experience offerings. Jobin played a pivotal role in transforming Rightpoint from a small startup with one solution and $6 million in revenue to a leader with five solution offerings and $102 million in revenue over ten years. Earlier career milestones include serving as Practice Director at The Glenture Group LLC and leading significant integration projects at The Hartford and CNA. Jobin holds an MBA in MIS and a Bachelor's in Information Systems from DePaul University.
