Adéle de Wit is an accomplished HR and HSE Executive with over a decade of leadership experience in complex, highly regulated industries. They have successfully driven people and safety strategies, specializing in organizational transformation, employee engagement, and strategic risk management. Adéle has held various roles at Origin Energy, including Group Manager HSE and People & Culture Business Partner, where they led teams to enhance operational efficiency and align HR initiatives with corporate objectives. They hold a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Adelaide and an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of South Australia.
