Alexander Small

Alexander Small is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and operations, currently serving as the Customer Sales Leader at Origin Energy since May 2018. In this role, responsibility includes leading multiple teams in the Retail X Sales department, focusing on change management, support, and learning and development to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded. Prior positions at Origin include Operations Manager for Inbound Sales and Team Leader, where Alexander demonstrated a strong ability in performance management and coaching to drive revenue.
