Ashwin Shinde

Ashwin Shinde is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the energy and maritime sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Maintenance Engineer at Origin Energy's Darling Downs Power Station since April 2012, Ashwin has previously held roles including Maintenance & Reliability Engineer at Roma Power Station and Head Production at Inter Ocean Ship Repairs LLC in Dubai. Additional experience includes being the Business Unit Head at EPC Emirates LLC and DGM of Business Development at the Auto Cluster Development and Research Institute Centre. Ashwin's earlier tenure in the Indian Navy encompassed various leadership roles, such as Senior Staff Officer at INS Shivaji and Chief Engineer of INS Vidyut. Educational achievements include an MSc in Thermal Power from Cranfield University, an MBA in Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, and a B Tech in Mechanical from the Naval College of Engineering.
