Brigitte Binawel

Brigitte BinAwel is an experienced professional in Human Resources with a focus on talent and learning, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Origin Energy since June 2018. Brigitte has held various roles including P&C Business Partner and Specialist Consultant for Employee Development and Inclusion, where responsibilities included the development of key reconciliation strategies and business unit delivery plans. Prior experience includes serving as a Community Relations Officer at Queensland South Native Title Services, overseeing stakeholder engagement, project management, and compliance within Indigenous community contexts. Brigitte is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at AGSM @ UNSW Business School and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management from QUT.
