Jay Z is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles within the energy sector. Currently serving as a Sourcing Specialist and previously as a Production Engineer at Origin Energy since January 2015, Jay Z has managed significant project budgets and led strategic initiatives for Australia's largest CSG producer. With a background that includes roles as an MTTF Lead and Petroleum Engineer, Jay Z has developed a deep understanding of subsurface engineering across major CSG assets. In addition to engineering expertise, experience as Head of Community at WeAspire focused on empowering aspiring leaders. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from UNSW. Jay Z's early leadership roles began at Barrenjoey High School, where leadership potential was recognized as a Prefect and Environment Captain.
