Lucy W. is a Strategic and Product Design Leader with over 15 years of experience in human-centered design. Currently, Lucy serves as Design Director at Future Present Design and Strategic Product Design Lead at WAVE, focusing on integrating ethics and futures thinking into design practices. Previous roles include Customer Experience Design Lead at Latitude Financial Services and Design Lead at Auxilio Ventures, where Lucy contributed to notable projects such as Australia's first peer-to-peer digital insurance product. In addition to their professional endeavors, Lucy is also the founder of Design Ethics Australia and Safer.design, initiatives aimed at embedding ethical practices within the design community.
