Peter Wade

Peter Wade is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in risk management and quantitative analytics. Currently serving as Group Manager of Financial Risk at Origin Energy since May 2011, Peter oversees the evaluation of market, credit, and operational risks, providing strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Previously, Peter held various managerial positions within Origin Energy, including overseeing the quantitative analytics and market risk teams, where responsibilities included developing risk models and identifying market opportunities. Prior to Origin Energy, Peter worked as a trader at a family office hedge fund and as an options trader at Liquid Capital Group. Peter holds a Master's degree in Applied Statistics and a Master's degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
