Rosetta Mills

Rosetta Mills serves as the Head of CX Design at Origin Energy, leading a team in transforming customer services through innovative design and strategy amid a partnership with Octopus Energy. Previous roles include Senior Experience Designer at Origin, Experience Design Lead at National Australia Bank, and CityLab Designer for the City of Melbourne, where projects focused on enhancing customer experiences and community engagement. Rosetta also held the position of Creative Director at The Lifted Brow, overseeing the publication design and production processes. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Communication Design from Swinburne University and participation in the Women in Clean Energy Fellowship. Additionally, Rosetta contributes as an Industry Mentor for Future Skills at RMIT University.
