Thomas Hill

Thomas Hill is currently the Head of Development at Origin Energy, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas served as Project Director at AGL from January 2022 to May 2023 and Senior Project Manager at Origin Energy from June 2019 to January 2022, focusing on major projects and development initiatives. Thomas's earlier experience includes senior roles at RCR Tomlinson and APA Group, where responsibilities involved project management and operations for power assets. Thomas has also held commissioning manager positions at KBR, Inc. and Forge Group Ltd, as well as working as a mechanical engineer at CTEC Pty Ltd. Notably, Thomas contributed to key power station expansions and projects throughout a diverse career in the energy sector. Academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern Queensland, and both a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a degree in Finance from the University of Adelaide.
