Evgeny Beletskiy

Evgeny Beletskiy is a seasoned chemist with significant experience in academic and industry settings. Formerly a Graduate Research/Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota, Evgeny developed methodologies related to Rh catalyzed hydroacylation reactions and explored chiral co-catalysts. As a Postdoctoral Fellow at Northwestern University, synthesis and mechanistic characterization of organometallic tin Lewis acids were undertaken. Evgeny contributed as a Research Chemist at Scientific Design Company, Inc., focusing on catalyst performance and the development of innovative reactor testing methods. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Origin Materials, Evgeny's work emphasizes high throughput testing and the advancement of biomass conversion technologies. Evgeny holds a Specialist degree in Organic Chemistry with Honors from Saint-Petersburg State University and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
