Shivani Parikh

Shivani Parikh has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the operations and strategy field. Shivani is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Onward since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Workrise as the Director of Revenue & Operations - Renewables & Construction from February 2021 to March 2022 and as the Director of Operations - Renewables from September 2020 to February 2021.

Before Workrise, Shivani served as the Head of West Coast Operations at BLADE Urban Air Mobility, Inc. from June 2019 to March 2020. Shivani also held multiple positions at Bird, including Head of Regional Operations, Americas from March 2019 to May 2019, Head of Safety & Support, Americas from February 2019 to March 2019, and Head of Safety from July 2018 to February 2019. Shivani was also a Senior Manager, Strategic Operations from June 2018 to July 2018.

Prior to Bird, Shivani worked at Uber, where they were a Senior Manager, Strategic Operations, US West from July 2017 to May 2018. Shivani also held the positions of Operations Manager, Strategy Lead, US West from January 2017 to June 2017, and Operations Manager, US Midwest from September 2015 to December 2016.

Shivani started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a Senior Associate, Mergers & Acquistions from September 2013 to January 2015. Shivani then became a Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions from January 2015 to September 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked at Deloitte as a Senior Associate, Financial Services from January 2010 to August 2010, and as an Associate from September 2008 to January 2010.

Shivani Parikh pursued their education in a chronological order. Shivani first attended DePaul University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Accounting with a field of study in Philosophy. Shivani then went on to enroll at the University of Minnesota Law School from 2010 to 2013 and earned a Juris Doctorate. In October 2013, they obtained a certification that admitted their to the Illinois Bar, although the institution providing this certification is not specified. In 2018, Shivani took part in an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School Online, receiving a certificate in Business Strategy & Leadership.
