Randy OConnor

Randy O'Connor has a diverse work experience spanning over decades. Randy is currently the Founder and CEO of Origin8cares, a role they have held since July 2020. Prior to this, they served as a Partner at INSUREX starting from January 2020. From May 2000 to December 2019, Randy was the Chief Financial Officer at M Financial Group. Before that, they worked at Willis Towers Watson as a Principal, where they directed various financial services practices and had global responsibilities. Randy'scareer began as an Actuarial Analyst at Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company in 1987, and they later held roles at United Insurance Company of America and Combined Insurance Company of America, gaining experience in developing and implementing insurance products.

Randy O'Connor attended Northwestern University from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and Economics.
