CJ Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. They started their career as a Lab Intern at Rho Chemical in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Customer Support Consultant at BigMachines before joining Oracle as an Associate Technical Support Engineer in 2014. They also worked at SteelBrick as a Services and Support Consultant during that time. In 2016, CJ Kelly joined Salesforce as a Senior Consultant, where they stayed until 2018. They then moved to Original Shift, where they held various positions, including Technical Manager from 2020 to 2021, Solution Architect since 2018, and most recently, Expert Services Manager since October 2021. Overall, CJ Kelly has accumulated extensive experience in technical roles and consulting in the software and technology industry.

CJ Kelly attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Earth, Society, and Environment.

In terms of additional certifications, CJ Kelly has obtained several credentials. In October 2015, they became a Salesforce Certified Administrator. In September 2016, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certifications. In December 2016, CJ became a Certified ScrumMaster.

In April 2017, CJ obtained three certifications from Salesforce: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.

Most recently, in January 2019, CJ obtained the Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification from Salesforce, along with the Prodly Moover Salesforce CPQ Reference Data Deployment Specialist certification from Prodly.
