Greg Mlynarczyk

Greg Mlynarczyk has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the technology industry. Greg is currently working at Original Shift as an Enablement Manager and Solution Architect, where they lead clients through the process of shifting their business model using Salesforce CPQ & Billing. Prior to this, they held the position of Technical Manager and Solution Architect at the same company. Before joining Original Shift, Greg worked at Salesforce as a Solution Architect and Senior Consultant, specializing in Salesforce CPQ. Greg also worked at SteelBrick as an Implementation Consultant, assisting clients with implementing Salesforce CPQ. In addition, Greg has experience working at Oracle, where they served as a Manager overseeing IT transition and user migration, and at BigMachines, where they held the roles of Manager of Internal Business Systems & IT and Operations Analyst. Greg started their career as a Technology Support Specialist at the College of William and Mary. Greg also gained experience in the financial services sector as a Financial Services Intern at The Overy Honenberger Group. Greg began their career as a Technology Support Intern at Conserve School. Throughout their career, Greg has demonstrated expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Billing, project management, IT infrastructure, and process improvement.

Greg Mlynarczyk obtained a B.B.A. in Finance, Process Management and Consulting from the William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business, completing their studies from 2006 to 2010. Prior to attending college, they attended the Conserve School from 2002 to 2006 and The Avery Coonley School from 1996 to 2002, although they did not obtain a degree or field of study at either of these institutions. In terms of additional certifications, Greg has earned multiple certifications from Salesforce, including certifications in integration architecture, system architecture, development lifecycle and deployment, identity and access management, application architecture, platform development, data architecture and management, sharing and visibility design, CPQ (Configure Price Quote) specialization, platform app building, service cloud consulting, Force.com development, sales cloud consulting, advanced administration, and general administration. Greg also holds a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance and a BigMachines Certified Administrator certification from BigMachines, Inc.
