Kris Carr's work experience begins in 1991 when they served in the US Navy as a Nuclear Electrician and Power Plant Operator. They also achieved the qualification for the highest enlisted watch station on the CVN-71 Aircraft Carrier.

After leaving the Navy in 1995, Kris worked at Chubb Insurance as a Risk Consultant, where they delivered training to brokers and conducted external client seminars. They significantly increased the State Certificate Completion Ratio.

In 2002, Kris joined FM Global as a Field Engineer, taking on various roles such as Program Manager, Technical Writer, and Trainer. They managed a team and achieved high completion rates for state certificates.

From 2017 to 2018, Kris worked as a Management Analyst at USDA/ NRCS/ Public Relations and Distribution Center as part of the Presidential Management Fellow program. They provided support, coordinated volunteer programs, and assisted with office and distribution tasks.

In 2018, Kris joined Vetforce and became a Certified Salesforce Admin and Business Analyst. They completed numerous Trailhead badges, including 5 Superbadges, and were proficient in Salesforce Lightning App Builder.

From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Capgemini as a Managing Salesforce Consultant, taking on roles as an Engagement Manager, Project Manager, and Business Analyst.

Currently, Kris is a Project Manager at OSF Digital, starting in October 2021.

Kris Carr's education history showcases a diverse range of degrees and certifications. Kris completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Project and Global Risk Management at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, starting in 2015 and finishing in 2017. Prior to that, Kris earned a Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology/Technician and a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Nuclear/Nuclear Power Technology/Technician, both from Thomas Edison State University, attended between 2000 and 2004.

In addition to these degrees, Kris has obtained numerous certifications. These include the Salesforce Asset 360 Implementation Specialist, Salesforce Copado Developer, and Salesforce Service Max Asset 360 Implementation Specialist certifications in May 2021 from Salesforce and Copado institutions. Kris also holds the Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., achieved in September 2020. Moreover, Kris became a Copado Admin in September 2020 and earned the Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant Certification, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist Certification, and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from June to May 2020. Furthermore, Kris holds various other Salesforce certifications, such as the Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Field Service Lighting Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification, and Certified Salesforce Administrator, all obtained between 2019 and 2020. Prior to these certifications, Kris earned the Trailhead Ranger certification with 107 badges, including 5 Superbadges, from Vetforce in May 2019.

Kris's educational background also includes non-degree certifications such as the Microsoft Project 2016 Essential Training from LinkedIn in March 2018, the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute in January 2018, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter in December 2017. Additionally, Kris obtained a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in October 2016.

Outside of formal education, Kris has also developed advanced fluency in French and Portuguese language skills, estimated to be at an advanced level, through Duolingo in March 2016.
