Scott Pendleton is currently the Vice President of Mortgage Lending at OriginPoint, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Scott worked as a Mortgage Consultant at First United Bank from February 2022 to March 2024 and at City Bank Mortgage from September 2018 to February 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as a Loan Officer for American Mortgage and Equity Consultants and Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc. Scott's extensive background in the mortgage industry began with Homecoming Financial as an Account Manager/Loan Officer. Complementing this experience is a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a Minor in Corporate Communication from Baylor University, obtained in 2004.
