Peter Dakin is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Origins since November 2023. Prior to this role, Dakin held various positions at Contact from January 2022 to November 2023, including Commercial Advisor and Sales & Commercial Director. As the Founder and CEO of Hibana® from January 2020 to January 2022, Dakin aimed to unite inspiring independent brands to enhance the shopping experience with a focus on positivity for both people and the planet. Dakin also founded and directed Think Blue Solutions Ltd from September 2015 to September 2019 and worked as a Solutions Architect for XACT Document Solutions Ltd from September 2009 to September 2015. Educationally, Dakin studied Advanced Information Technology at Castle College Nottingham from 2007 to 2009 and attended The Becket School in Nottingham from 2003 to 2007.
