Victor Micati

Victor Micati has served on the Board of Directors since 2016. He spent his entire career as a senior executive at Pfizer, the world's largest pharmaceutical company, with a focus on the Japanese market. Later, he became President of Pfizer Europe, based in Brussels, where he served until his retirement. After that, he joined the boards of Ilex, Inc., an oncology company, and Enzon Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a pharmaceutical company specializing in therapeutics for patients with unmet needs. In his role at Enzon Pharmaceuticals, he chaired the Governance committee. Mr. Micati also holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Oligomerix, Inc., a neuro-biotechnology company, and has served on its Compensation Committee as well. He received a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. The knowledge and experience Mr. Micati gained from his work in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries make him a valuable asset as the company focuses on completing the development of its technology and advancing commercialization activities.
