Origyn Solutions is a women's health venture studio and strategic consulting firm dedicated to building, commercializing, and scaling breakthrough solutions that address critical unmet needs across the full spectrum of women's healthcare.

We exist to solve a persistent problem: despite representing half the population, women's health has been chronically underfunded, under-researched, and underserved. Fragmented systems, outdated approaches, and a lack of targeted innovation have left millions of women without access to the care they need.

We don't just identify gaps, we fill them. Through our venture studio model, we partner with physician inventors, hospital systems, and university tech transfer offices to develop solutions from insight to impact. Our portfolio spans maternal-fetal medicine, female pelvic health, gynecologic and breast oncology, and minimally invasive surgeries. We follow a disciplined process — our team brings deep expertise across the full commercialization lifecycle: M&A and strategic partnerships, business development and market entry, regulatory strategy and reimbursement, market access, and clinical validation. We combine rigorous diligence with creative deal structuring to accelerate innovation and drive sustainable growth.

Every solution we develop, every partnership we forge, and every investment we make is guided by one mission: improving outcomes and expanding access for women. We're not satisfied with incremental change — we're building the future of women's healthcare.

If you're a physician inventor, investor, or strategic partner committed to advancing women's health innovation, let's connect.
