Alex Castillo

Alex Castillo is a Strategic Account Manager at Orijin™ since December 2024, with extensive experience in customer success, education, and program management. Previously, as a Customer Success Manager at FEV Tutor from October 2022 to November 2024, Alex managed a book of business valued at $2.5 million, positively impacting over 6,500 stakeholders across more than 70 client sites. Earlier roles include Lead Instructor of International Economics at YoungHoon International Middle School, where engagement and academic growth significantly improved among over 600 stakeholders, and Department Head for the English Language program at Gyeonggi Provincial Government, impacting over 2,200 community stakeholders. Alex also contributed to prospective student recruitment as a Supervisor at Emerson College’s Office of Undergraduate Admission. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in International/Global Studies from Moreland University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Communication from Emerson College.
