Roman H.

Roman H. has a diverse work experience in the software development industry. Roman started their career as a Software Engineer at SoftServe in January 2011 and then moved on to work as a Software Engineer at Conscensia from October 2011 to September 2013. In 2014, they were a Tech Lead at Sombra Inc., where they led the development process and managed engineering teams. In 2015, Roman founded ORIL Software, a software development agency specializing in web and mobile apps, digital transformation, and product strategy consulting. As the Founder and CEO of ORIL, they aimed to deliver value to clients in various industries. In 2017, they became the Technical Partner at Stick, a SaaS startup, where they led the software development process and managed the implementation of an interactive presentation web platform.

Roman H. received their Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics and Programming from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Roman attended the university from 2006 to 2011.
