Michael Backman

Manager Customer Experience / Business development

Michael Backman has extensive experience in management and business development across various companies. Currently serving as Utbildningsledare at Konsult since December 2024 and at YrkesAkademin Yrkeshögskola since April 2018, Michael has also held multiple managerial roles at Orio AB, including Manager Customer Experience and Manager Sweden Market, since January 2013. Prior to this, Michael served at Saab Automobile from 2003 to 2013, taking on positions such as Global Manager Saab Academy and Manager Network Operation & Business Development. Michael's career began at Peugeot Sweden from 1991 to 1996, where responsibilities included Regional Manager & Network Development. Michael holds a degree in Economics from IHM Business School, earned between 1987 and 1989.
