Orion TRG is the advisory practice of Orion Group, focused on operational risk, capability decision support and sensitive environment planning and provides independent advisory support to organisations operating, procuring or deploying in complex and sensitive environments.

We help clients identify risk, exposure and capability gaps before they become operational, financial or reputational problems.

Our work supports organisations making decisions around security, procurement, operational readiness, travel, production activity, technical exposure and specialist capability requirements.

We are often engaged when a client needs an independent view before committing to a course of action, selecting a supplier, deploying personnel, procuring equipment or operating in a higher-risk environment.

Our advisory support includes:

• Operational vulnerability and exposure reviews
• Independent capability and procurement advisory
• Capacity and capability decision support
• C-UAS, communications and specialist equipment requirement shaping
• TSCM and technical exposure advisory
• Media, production and travel risk planning
• Sensitive site, executive and project security advisory
• Ongoing retained advisory support

Our approach is practical, discreet and experience-led. We test assumptions, challenge requirements, identify gaps and provide clear recommendations that help clients make better decisions before resources are committed.

Understand the problem. Test the assumptions. Make better decisions.
