Bryan Choi

Bryan Choi is a data scientist currently working at Orion NZ Ltd since November 2023, having previously held a similar position at Orion NZ Ltd from November 2022 to June 2023. During a summer internship at Orion NZ Ltd, Bryan developed a utility pole component recognition application utilizing deep learning methods. Bryan has also worked as a Python tutor at Buildacode from February 2022 to November 2022 and served as a consulting development analyst at Accenture from February 2019 to September 2020, where responsibilities included business analysis and testing within Scrum Agile environments. Bryan's earliest experience includes a chemical engineering internship at Muda Paper Mills Sdn Bhd in 2018. Bryan holds a Master of Applied Data Science from the University of Canterbury and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Monash University Malaysia.
