Orion Consulting is a dynamic engineering consultancy with the philosophy that project success comes from having motivated people working hard on stimulating projects, for great clients.

Since its inception in early 2015, Orion Consulting has grown strongly on the back of a reputation for delivering on its promises. Whilst a relative newcomer to the market, Orion Consulting has a team of highly experienced professionals that work closely with their clients to achieve outstanding results.

Our success lies in our approach, we supplement our core disciplines of engineering design, project management and construction supervision with in-house development management knowledge and extensive project delivery experience. These collective skills are brought to the table in an environment that challenges the traditional approach to engineering.

We have a clear vision for the future based on three key pillars:

•	Investment in our people. They are our most valuable asset and we genuinely want them to be the best that they can be. We strive to employ people who are self-starting, smart and curious and can bring a positive, ‘can do’ attitude to the team.

•	Exceeding our client’s expectations. Our deep understanding of the environment in which we operate allows us to deliver solutions that are tailored to suit the specific needs of our clients. We regularly challenge the status quo and we are prepared to do the hard yards that sit behind excellence.

•	Continuously challenging ourselves. We recognise that the world is changing at tremendous pace and the way in which we all work is changing with it. Orion is not afraid to embrace disruption and we are always looking at ways to stay one step ahead.
