Jim Shepherd

Jim Shepherd, PMP, is a General Manager of Alabama Operations at Orion, where they provide comprehensive leadership and management to ensure the achievement of operational, financial, and strategic objectives. With over thirty years of experience in multi-discipline engineering program and project management, they have held various roles including Project Manager at Worley and Jacobs, and Senior Program Manager at Dynetics, Inc. Jim's extensive background includes work in Defense & Aerospace, Petroleum/Chemicals, and other sectors. They began their career as an Engineering Co-op at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division.
