Orion Psychology is a values-led psychology practice based in Perth, Western Australia, providing thoughtful, respectful, and evidence-based psychological care for individuals, couples, adolescents, and families.

Our practice was founded on the belief that therapy should be more than a clinical service — it should be a meaningful, attuned, and collaborative relationship where people feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their care.

At Orion, we are committed to creating a therapeutic environment grounded in integrity, connection, empathy, and expertise. We value careful assessment, genuine human connection, and treatment that is tailored to each person’s needs, goals, and lived experience.

Our clinicians support clients across a broad range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, neurodivergence, life transitions, workplace stress, burnout, self-esteem concerns, and complex or longstanding patterns of distress.

We offer therapy that is warm, professional, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and responsive. Our team draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, while recognising that meaningful change happens when therapy is both clinically skilled and deeply human.

Orion Psychology is also committed to strong collaboration with GPs, referrers, and allied health professionals. We value clear communication, ethical continuity of care, and considered treatment planning that supports the best interests of each client.
At the heart of Orion Psychology is a simple but important aim: to provide psychological care that is ethical, meaningful, and genuinely connected.
